SYNFIALabs
    Delivery models

How Synfia delivers. Two paths, one outcome.

Synfia is available to you in two collaboration models. As a Managed Service, if you want results without building internally. Or in self-service, if you want to keep Synfia in-house and operate it yourself — supported by our experts and our key-user enablement program.

    Two paths

One system. Two delivery models. Both fully supported.

Managed Service is our full-service offering: we take you from business question to decision-ready evidence. But even self-service enablement does not mean „here is a login, good luck": your key users are trained and accompanied until your team can run the infrastructure on its own. Both paths combine — start as a Managed Service, move into in-house operation through enablement.

    Managed Service in detail

Managed Service — four phases, from question to decision.

    01

    Setup & alignment

We support the IT review as well as alignment with data protection and the works council. On content, we take in the core business question — as the basis for the fundamental alignment.

    02

    Research design & AI interviewer

We develop the interview guide, the question set and the fielding concept — channels and cadence — and design an AI interviewer tailored individually to your organization and your current topic.

    03

    Fielding & communication

We deliver input for the communication concept, localization into up to 70 languages if needed, monitor the field, advise on participant activation and report interim findings.

    04

    Analysis & handover

Executive insights, deep dives, dashboards and custom analyses — plus handover of the AI Analytics Studio so your team can dig deeper afterwards.

    Side by side

    The two paths compared.

    Managed Service — full service
    • You bring the question, we deliver the evidence
We handle design, fielding, quality assurance and synthesis. You stay a decision-maker, not an operator.
    • No internal build-up required
No in-house research team, no new tool competency. You draw on an experienced delivery team.
    • Executive-ready output
Findings arrive decision-ready — for the board, program leads and business owners.
    Self-service — with enablement
    • Your team operates it
After enablement, your key users run programs independently — on the same infrastructure, with the same methodology.
    • No access without enablement
Self-service does not mean open access. Quality and methodological integrity are protected through a required training program.
    • Switch paths any time
Start in self-service, or grow from a Managed Service into in-house operation gradually — depending on your maturity and capacity.
    Self-service enablement

    Self-service enablement — the key-user program.

    01

    Key-user training

Guided training of your designated key users on method, interview design and platform operation.

    02

    Accompanied first program

We run the first real program alongside you while your team learns — sparring, not slideware.

    03

    Playbooks & standards

Documented templates for question design, rollout, analysis and governance stay with you.

    04

    Ongoing support

Method reviews, sparring and update sessions after the handover into in-house operation — so quality holds.

    Evidence in practice

Managed or self-service — same method, same reliability.

We started with a Managed Service and now run two programs ourselves. The handover was structured, not improvised.
